Working principle of Bucket Elevator
The hopper scoops up the materials from the storage below. It will bypass the top wheel and turn down. The bucket elevator will dump the materials into the receiving tank. The bucket elevators’ drive belt generally adopts a rubber belt installed on the lower or upper drive drum and the upper and lower steering drum. Chain-driven bucket elevators work with two parallel transmission chains, with a pair of transmission sprockets at the top or bottom and a pair of steering sprockets at the bottom or top. Bucket elevators generally have casings to prevent dust from flying into bucket elevators.
