Application of Car Wash Gearbox
To slow the speed of the pump down and to be able to achieve longer life for the bearings and seals, a gear-reduction system needs to be installed. This assembly will be positioned between the pump and the engine that is turning it. Gear Drive installation will not only keep the heat transfer down but will make the pump turn at half speed, resulting in longer life of the pump bearings and seals. This consequently makes such machines industrial and allows them to run 40 hours or more per week.

How does an automatic car wash work?
The basic principle of automatic car washing is the same as that of hand washing. You first scrub the surface with soap, rinse, and then dry the water on the car body.
In the automatic car washing system, you drive into the car washing area and park your car in the car washing room. Your job is done when you turn off the car and leave it in neutral. In the car washing room, the sensor sends a signal to the digital control system to indicate that the car is in place and the car washing process begins.
First, dust and dirt on the surface can be removed by water sprayed from many orifices by a vast pressure washer. Then spray the car with shampoo solution and use the pressure washer again. Then, the car passes through a mitten curtain, a series of soft cloth strips suspended on the frame at the top of the tunnel. The frame is moved electrically so that the cloth strip gently rubs the car surface back and forth. Then, the applicator applies the deep cleaning foam to the car surface through the nozzle.
After that, the car passes through a set of washers, soft cloth strips connected to long vertical rods. Cloth strips are pasted on the car to clean it with foam. Then use a stream of water to remove the foam from a set of nozzles and remove all dirt and dirt. Then rinse the car with water to remove any traces of soap or dirt.
The last step is to let the car pass through a low-pressure system, spray the car wax on the surface, and then gently scrub the car to make it shine. The dryer evaporates the residual water on the surface.
