Slewing Bearings
Cross Roller Slewing Bearings
The cross-roller slewing bearing slewing ring consists of two circles, with a compact structure, lightweight, high manufacturing accuracy, small assembly clearance, and high requirements for installation accuracy. This bearing pre-interference has high rotation accuracy, supporting rigidity, and the ability to withstand high dynamic loads. It is widely used in lifting and transportation, construction machinery, and military products.
Four Point Contact Ball Slewing Bearing
A four-point contact ball slewing bearing is a type of bearing that can support both radial and axial loads. It is made up of two seat rings, a cage, and a set of balls. The balls are held in place by the cage, and they roll between the two seat rings. The seat rings are angled so that the balls make contact with them at four points. This design allows the bearing to support both radial and axial loads. The basic structure of the four point contact ball slewing bearing/slewing ring: with or without gears, external gears, and internal gears, with high static load capacity. Four point contact ball slewing bearings are particularly versatile and are widely used in cranes, lifting equipment, and other engineering machinery.
Triangular PTO Shaft
<span lang=”EN-US”>A triangular PTO shaft, or power take-off shaft, is a piece of equipment used to secure the tractor or other equipment. It has a safety shield on both ends to prevent injury. PTO shafts are similar to secondary shafts except that the front one is wider than the secondary one. This allows the secondary shaft to fit inside the front one. Unlike other parts, the triangular PTO shaft is shaped like a triangle. Its shields protect wholesome shafts and ensure a stable connection between the two machines. The triangular PTO shaft has a bearing and lubrication to reduce friction between the parts.
Three Row Cylindrical Roller Slewing Bearings
The slewing ring of the three-row cylindrical roller slewing bearing has three races. The upper, lower, and radial raceways are separated. Therefore, each row of rollers can bear axial and radial loads, respectively. It is one of the four products with a larger carrying capacity and is suitable for heavy machinery that requires a more significant load.
Double Row Ball Slewing Bearings
There are two kinds of double-row ball slewing bearings. One is with different ball diameters used in lightweight applications. The other one is eight-point contact bearings with two same ball raceways. You can think of it as two single-row ball bearings stacked together. Having a higher load capacity, these double-row bearings are more suitable—for heavier duty applications such as tower cranes, truck-mounted cranes, tunnel boring machines, etc.
Flange Slewing Bearings
The series of turntable bearing slewing bearings with flanges on the outer wheel make axial positioning simple. The bearing seat is no longer needed, and it becomes more economical. In order to obtain the low friction torque, high rigidity, and good rotation accuracy of the bearing, a steel ball with a small outer diameter is used. The use of hollow shafts ensures lightweight and wiring space. Flanged slewing bearings mainly bear radial loads, but they can also bear radial loads and axial loads at the same time.
Light Series Slewing Bearings
The light slewing bearing mainly includes the external ring & internal ring, the grease fittings, the sealing belt, the spacers, the load plug, and the taper pin, the characteristics: the inner ring and the external ring are both L-shaped; The flank surface of the ring is provided with a grease cup, steel balls are assembled between the outer ring and internal ring on integration.
