ATA (DXG) series shaft-mounted gearboxes for Conveyor and Material Handling
The ATA (DXG) series shaft-mounted gearboxes are designed for quarry and mine applications and produce fantastic reliability with a low maintenance requirement. The robust and sturdy ductile iron housing is ideally suited for outdoor installation, and it comes with up to three optional output shaft bore diameters. The output shaft can rotate in two directions, with clockwise as the default setting while counter-clockwise is the customizable setting. There is an optional backstop for all models in the ATA (DXG) series shaft mounted gearbox apart from the ATA30, which prevents back-driving when used with incline conveyors.

DXG(ATA) series shaft mounted gearboxes are mechanical power transmission components that are used to drive a load at a reduced fixed ratio of motor speed. 10D series ten-groove QD bushed sheaves are manufactured for D-series classic v-belts and D-banded belts; they range from 12.64″ to 58.64″ in diameter. Depending on the sheave size, they are made to use M, N, or P QD (quick detachable) bushings, which we also stock. Most of our 10D QD sheaves are manufactured from a high-strength grade 35 cast iron, are phosphate-coated, and are painted for anti-corrosion. All of them are balanced at the factory for smooth machinery operation.

2BK Series Cast lron Double Groove Sheaves Pulleys for “4L” or “A” Belts and “5L” or “B” Belts
2BK series pulleys can be used with 2-banded A belts, 2-banded B-belts, 2-banded cogged AX belts, 2-banded cogged BX belts, single A, B, 4L, 5L, AX, BX, AA, and BB belts. 2BK series pulleys are commonly known as double groove BK pulleys and range in diameter from 2.50″ to 18.75,” but custom ones are also available upon request. 2BK series pulleys are typically used in medium to heavy-duty agricultural and industrial applications. Our double v-belt pulleys are manufactured using state-of-the-art techniques combined with premium high-performance and high-strength features like using grade 35 cast iron instead of grade 25.
