AKH Series Cast Iron Single Groove Sheaves Pulleys for “4L” or “A” Belts

AKH series cast iron bushed pulleys are manufactured for A-series v-belts, AX v-belts, 3L, and 4L belts. AKH series pulleys range in diameter from 3.05″ to 18.25″, but custom ones are available upon request. These pulleys use an H-style bushing. This bushing type has a bore range of 3/8″ to 1-1/2″ and 10mm to 38mm. AKH pulleys range in diameter from 3.05″ to 18.25″, but custom ones are available upon request. We stock a complete line of these bushings as well.

6D Series Cast Iron QD Bushing Sheaves Pulley for “D” Belts

6D series six-groove QD bushed sheaves are manufactured for D-series classic v-belts and D-banded belts; they range from 12.64″ to 58.64″ in diameter. Depending on the sheave size, they are made to use J, M, or N QD (quick detachable) bushings, which we also stock. Most 6D QD sheaves are manufactured from a high-strength grade 35 cast iron, are phosphate-coated, and are painted for anti-corrosion. All of them are balanced at the factory for smooth machinery operation.

AK Series Cast Iron Single Groove Sheaves Pulleys for “4L” or “A” Belts

AK series cast iron single groove sheave pulleys are manufactured for A-series v-belts, AX v-belts, and 4L belts. AK series single groove sheave pulleys range in diameter from 1.75″ to 18.25″, but custom ones are available upon request.

Double Helical Gear

Double helical gears are a variation of helical gears in which two helical faces are placed next to each other with a gap separating them. Each face has identical but opposite helix angles. Employing a double-helical set of gears eliminates thrust loads and offers the possibility of even more significant tooth overlap and smoother operation.

R Right Angle Precision Planetary Gearbox

Overview of R Precision Planetary Right Angle Gearbox

  • Right angle type to make motor mounted in 90 degrees bending to save space.
  • The use of needle roller bearing achieved high rigidity and high torque.
  • The lowest backlash was achieved by the use of spiral bevel gears.
  • It is easy to install and can be matched with servo motor and stepper motors.
  • No need to replace the grease and free maintenance.

8D Series Cast Iron QD Bushing Sheaves Pulley for “D” Belts

8D series eight-groove QD bushed sheaves are manufactured for D-series classic v-belts and D-banded belts; they range from 12.64″ to 58.64″ in diameter. Depending on the sheave size, they are made to use J, M, or N QD (quick detachable) bushings, which we also stock. Most of our 8D QD sheaves are manufactured from a high-strength grade 35 cast iron, are phosphate-coated, and are painted for anti-corrosion. All of them are balanced at the factory for smooth machinery operation.

Brass Worm Wheel

The combination of a worm wheel and worm are the components of a worm gear. A worm gear is a staggering shaft gear that creates motion between shafts using threads cut into a cylindrical bar to provide speed reduction. Speed reduction is determined by the number of worm threads and the number of teeth on the worm wheel.

DXG50/DXG50 D Series Shaft Mounted Gearbox for Mining and Quarry

ATA Series Shaft Mounted Gearbox is widely applied in the mining industry for use in crushers, ore mills, cranes, screening machines, conveyors, and more. The motorized pulley (drum motor) is configured with an ATA shaft-mounted gearbox and then it directly transmits power to the conveyor. The ATA Series Shaft Mounted Gearbox has rated power from 1.1kW to 193kW, a rated torque range of 180 to 17000 NM, and an output speed of 25 – 300 RPM. These make this gearbox series a great choice for wide applications in quarry and mine. This model is widely used in belt conveyors and pulley drive systems.

Duplex Worms Gear

High-precision duplex worms with superior strength. A range of backlash values can be obtained by moving the worm axially.

Forging Spur Gear

Hot Forging SAE1045 Precision Steel Spur Gear.

Plastic Worm Gears

We supply worm gears and gear-related products with the best quality and price. Compared with spur gears, worm gears can offer quieter force driving.

Cylindrical Worm Wheel

One distinguishes two types of cylindrical worm and worm wheel:
A set of “worm and helical gear”
A set “worm and worm wheel”.

Plastic Spur Gears with Steel Core

Steel hubs are fused and fixed to reinforced nylon gears for secure fastening.

WPEDA Series Double Stage Worm Gearboxes

Worm gearboxes are widely used due to their durability, large transmission ratio, small size, strong self-locking ability, simple structure, and easy manufacturing, but their relatively low transmission efficiency. To add a breather cover to the worm gear reducer, the temperature of the reducer will change with the working time. The higher the temperature, the air in the reducer case will expand, thereby leaking the lubricating oil from the split surface, so a vent cover is provided on the reducer case cover. An oil drain hole is provided under the reducer case seat to facilitate the later replacement of lubricating oil.

Timing Belt Pulley HTD5M Type

Timing pulleys have teeth or grooves around the diameter of the pulley body. A specialized design maintains accurate timing by locking the pulley into the system using a belt with similar teeth and grooves. This allows the two axes of rotation to be locked together, allowing them to rotate continuously at the same speed and maintain positional alignment for the system’s lifetime.
