The timing belt pulley drive is composed of an annular belt with equidistant teeth on the inner peripheral surface and a belt pulley with corresponding teeth. During operation, the belt teeth mesh with the tooth slots of the belt teeth to transmit motion and power. It is a new type of belt drive that integrates the respective advantages of belt drive, chain drive and gear drive.
HTD Timing Belt Pulleys

Zero-degree Spiral Bevel Gear
The zero-degree spiral bevel gear refers to the spiral bevel gear with the midpoint spiral angle of zero degrees. It has curved teeth that follow the same direction as the straight bevel gear. This gear is machined on the standard spiral bevel gear (circular-arc bevel gear), whose midpoint spiral angle is not zero degrees.

H Type Timing Belt Pulley
A timing belt pulley is a specialized pulley system with teeth or pockets outside the pulley body’s diameter. Like traditional pulley systems, timing belt pulleys are driven by frictional forces between the belt and pulley surfaces. The teeth or pockets outside the pulley are not used for power transmission. Adjustable Pitch V-Belt Pulleys
V-belt pulleys (also called sheaves) are used with V-belts to transfer motion from motors to belts, fans, and pumps. They have V-shaped grooves corresponding to V-shaped belts to prevent slippage and misalignment. V-belt pulleys provide maximum friction and torque in compatible V-belt drive systems. Available in single or double grooves, they offer a pitch range from 1.9 inches to 6.7 inches (A belt) and 2.4 inches to 7.0 inches (B belt). 1VP and 2VP series are finished bore variable speed sheaves made of cast iron and designated for heavier duty service up to 25 HP. Variable pitch pulleys are used with 3L, 4L, 5L, A, B, or 5v belts.
