JA QD Type Bushings
1.Make sure the cone on the bushing and the inside of the driven product is clean and free of oil or any anti-seize lubricant.
2. Slide QD bushing on a shaft, flange end first, then assemble key.
3. Place the QD bushing on the shaft. Use only a standard Allen key to tighten the set screw on the key (hand-tight). Don’t push too hard.

Double pitch chains are based on the single pitch chains constructed according to ISO 606; except for the pitch, they meet the same standard specifications with respect to their dimensions. As opposed to short pitch chains constructed to standard ISO 606, these chains are intended for use in conditions in which demands on speed and power transmission are lower.

X Ring chain
The X-ring shape has more surfaces that can hold lubricant against the plates and pins. Additionally, it twists when compressed. This helps to better seal in lubricant compared to an O-ring which simply squashes down and loses efficacy.The above benefits mean that an X-ring chain typically lasts longer than an O-ring counterpart. Some sources estimate that an X-ring chain can last about twice that of the O-ring style.
