Machining Process
Step1. housing processing process: marking → milling the bottom surface to ensure the center height → rough and fine tedious each hole → drilling → inspection and warehousing
Step2. Gear processing process: blanking → rough turning → normalizing → fine turning → gear hobbing → keyway → carburization and quenching → plane grinding → inner hole grinding → gear grinding → inspection and warehousing
Step3. Shaft processing process: blanking → rough turning → tempering → fine turning → keyway insertion → cylindrical grinding → inspection and warehousing
