3V Series Cast Iron Four-Groove Sheaves with Split Taper Bushings
3V series four-groove taper bushed sheaves(Four-Groove 3V Series Cast Iron Sheaves) are manufactured for 3V, 3VX, banded 3V, and banded 3VX belts. They range from 2.65″ to 33.50″ in diameter. Depending on the sheave size, they are made to use G, H, P1, Q1, or R1 split-taper bushings, which we also stock. Most of our four-groove 3V split taper sheaves are manufactured from a high-strength grade 35 cast iron, are phosphate-coated, and are painted for anti-corrosion. All of them are balanced at the factory for smooth machinery operation.

V-belt Pulley American Stanard — 3v Series
The American standard pulley is according to the American ANSI standard. Its primary material is gray iron, which is suitable for 2L, 3L, 4L, 5L, A, B, C, D, 3V, 5V, 8V belts, J, L, and M multi-ribbed belts. American standard pulley product types: AK, BK, TA, TB, TC, B, C, D, 3V, 5V, 8V, J, L, M, VP, VL, VM. Taper bushing pulleys are working with STB, QD, or TB taper bushings.
Matching Use 3V, 3VX Series V-Belt
(1) 3V-Series V-Belts
Classic 3V-Series V-Belts have a 0.38″ top-width, 0.31″ thickness, and a 38° angle, which also classifies them as a deep-wedge v-belt. 3V series belts are designed to be more compact with more drive capability than the standard 40° angle v-belts. Because of their long-term success and economical operation, they are also one of the industry’s most widely used belt series. The premium 3V-series v-belts we supply are manufactured under ISO 9001 specifications and ARPM Standards; they are oil and heat-resistant and directly interchange with other brands. 3V belts are constructed of a natural rubber compound with polyester cords and use cotton with a polyester blend cover for high durability. 3V series belts are used in most general heavy-duty industrial applications along with Heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), lawn and garden equipment, and agricultural equipment. 3VX cogged v-belts are designated by having a 0.38″ top-width and 0.31″ thickness. Our cogged 3VX v-belts are manufactured with raw-edge sidewalls to eliminate slippage and increase efficacy, saving operation costs. They are also manufactured by ARPM standards and are oil and heat-resistant. 3VX belts are constructed from a high-quality chloroprene compound with high-strength polyester chords and have a top fabric built from a cotton polyester blend. Due to their design, banded 3VX cogged v-belts run smoother, more relaxed, and typically outlast a standard banded C v-belt.
