Each gearbox is equipped with high-speed ball bearing units, as well as heat-treated gears and shafts to ensure long service life. Our gearboxes are sized to industry standards. All our gearboxes are shipped dry and require lubricating oils that meet the manufacturer’s standards. Additionally, each gearbox includes a turret mounting nut.
The gearbox of a mower driven by a hydraulic motor is a new type of gearbox independently developed by the Power-trans machinery factory according to the requirements of customers. This mower is suitable for various hydraulic motors. The input end face and input shaft can select the corresponding hydraulic motor according to the customization of customers. The shape of the input surface is diamond four threaded hole connection, double threaded hole connection, square four threaded hole connection, rectangular spline, involute spline, single key, and so on.
The gearbox is connected to the body of the mower with diameters of 133 mm, 17 mm, and 171.2 mm
The gearbox and the cutter holder of the mower are connected by the number of teeth of the conical involute spline, and the diameter pitch is 5 / 10 and 4 / 8 according to the user’s requirements.

- Each gearbox features high-speed ball bearing units and heat-treated gears and shafts to ensure long life. Four-bolt mounting matches industry standards. Each gearbox includes a blade carrier mounting nut and cotter pin. We ship the gearboxes dry and require 16 ounces of 90W or 85w140 gearlube or equivalent.
