Inspection of reducer bearing
If you want to check the condition of the reducer bearing, you can clean it with heated mineral oil until the inner race is rotated gently by hand without clamping in any direction. The clearance of the cleaned bearing is checked with a feeler gauge. -
Inspection of reducer gearThe gear of the reducer shall not be broken, nor shall the tooth surface be cracked or peeled, which is the most critical point for daily inspection of the reducer.

About the soul of the reducer – shaft inspectionThe ovality and taper on the shaft diameter of the reducer shaft shall not be greater than 0.015-0.025mm. The surface roughness of all matching dimensions of the shaft must meet the requirements of the drawing. If the deviation is 0.02mm, it can be reused. If the deviation is more than 0.02mm, it can only be used after repair.
The shaft width of the reducer can be reused if it does not exceed 0.04mm of the limit size. The shaft exceeding the limit size needs to be replaced immediately to avoid greater wear. In addition to these, there are also some details that should be paid attention to, namely, the inspection of the reducer box and the bearing cover, which should not be ignored.
