The 303L Series planetary gear box reducer is the optimal gearbox solution for all applications that require high torque and minimum size, such as fixed industrial equipment and heavy-duty self-propelled machines. This planetary gearbox solution has substantial improvements in space occupancy and weight compared to ordinary gearboxes. This gearbox combines high-performance, low-cost, and compact dimensions, excellent reliability, simple installation, and reduced maintenance.

Performance Characteristics of the Reducer

The main structures include sun gear, planetary gear, inner gear ring, and planetary carrier. In order to evenly distribute the load of the three planetary gears, a toothed floating mechanism is adopted, which means that the sun gear or planetary carrier floats, or both the sun gear and planetary carrier float at the same time. The gears in the reducer are straight involute cylindrical gears.

The characteristics are as follows:
(1) The gear is made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel through carburization and quenching, with a tooth surface hardness of HRC54-62.
(2) Adopting gear grinding technology, with high precision and good contact.
(3) High load-bearing capacity, seven times higher than that of gear reducers.

(5) Strong adaptability and the main components are made of alloy steel that has undergone carburizing and quenching or nitriding treatment. The planetary gear reducer operates smoothly, has low noise, and has a service life of over 10 years.
Applicable scope:
1) Mainly suitable for industries such as metallurgy, mining, transportation, building materials, light industry, energy, transportation, etc.
2) The high-speed shaft speed of the reducer is 1500-600r/min according to its specifications
3) The circumferential speed of gear transmission shall not exceed 15m/s for spur gears and 20m/s for helical gears
