Performance Characteristics of the Reducer
The main structures include sun gear, planetary gear, inner gear ring, and planetary carrier. In order to evenly distribute the load of the three planetary gears, a toothed floating mechanism is adopted, which means that the sun gear or planetary carrier floats, or both the sun gear and planetary carrier float at the same time. The gears in the reducer are straight involute cylindrical gears.
The characteristics are as follows:

(2) Adopting gear grinding technology, with high precision and good contact.

(5) Strong adaptability and the main components are made of alloy steel that has undergone carburizing and quenching or nitriding treatment. The planetary gear reducer operates smoothly, has low noise, and has a service life of over 10 years.
