317L Series Planetary Gearbox

A planetary gearbox is a type of gearbox that consists of a central sun gear, an outer ring gear (also known as a ring gear or annulus), and multiple planet gears that rotate around the sun gear and mesh with the ring gear.

As the sun gear rotates, it drives the planet gears, causing them to rotate around the sun gear while also rotating on their own axes. The planet gears also mesh with the ring gear, which is fixed in place, causing the ring gear to rotate in the opposite direction to the planet gears. This creates a gear reduction effect, which increases the output torque and decreases the output speed relative to the input speed.

The 317L Series Planetary Gearbox is a highly efficient gearbox, with low backlash and high torsional stiffness. It is also compact and lightweight, making it ideal for use in a wide range of industrial and automation applications.
