Sprockets fit our entire conveyor chain range.
The drive chain and the conveying chain are driven by sprockets. The uniform distribution of power depends on the precise transmission between the sprocket teeth and the chain rollers or bushes.
Because sprockets significantly impact the chain’s life, all challenging sprockets (from casting to precision mechanical cutting) are manufactured according to strict tolerances and quality control. We also recommend that all customers replace the sprocket when replacing the chain to maximize the chain life.

Q: how about the mold cost?
A: It mainly depends on 1. Drawings, 2. Materials, 3. Weight and quantity.
We need to understand the structure of each part to analyze the mold solution in the following ways:
1) — complete design drawings, product models, or actual samples — the best way
–Pdf drawing with full size of each part
–A clear photograph of each part with more angular views shows each feature.
2) Materials, technical parameters, and surface treatment.
Technical parameters: tell us its model, pitch, roller diameter, width between inner plates, accessory type, external drawing, etc.
3) Order quantity.

A: Processing reports or pictures will be sent to customers weekly / monthly for review.
3. Q: who will own the mold?
A: Customers, molds can also be stored in our factory for future orders.
4. Q: how long is your quotation?
A: After receiving the detailed information, we will quote within 1 to 3 days.
5. Q: minimum order quantity—
Small chain type: if the pitch is less than 38.10mm and the thickness is less than 5mm, the minimum order quantity of these roller chains or conveyor chains is 1500m;
Medium chain type: the minimum order quantity of these roller chains or conveyor chains is 1000 meters;
Large chain type: if the pitch is more incredible than 76.20mm and the thickness is greater than 10mm, the minimum order quantity of these roller chains or conveyor chains is 200m;
