Double Helical Gear processing is more complicated and can be processed by the generative method. Still, the hobbing form cannot process all herringbone gears, and the herringbone gears that are difficult to process by the milling method are more common. A: Yes, we have warranty service. The warranty period is 24 months before shipment; products will be strictly inspected on our factory QC Process System. Just in case there is abnormal. Please contact us the first time; the customer Complaint handling procedure will be boot at once. We will negotiate with the customer to find a reasonable way to resolve and compensate. Implementation of the scheme will come out within 48 hours.
5. Q: What about lead or shipping time?
A: The lead time depends on the quantity you ordered, but generally within 2~5 weeks upon receipt of advance payment.

A: For customized products, we will quote after you provide the requested product details within 48 hours because we need the time to calculate the cost, but we will quote the soonest as possible. For our standard product posted here, we can mention it in 24 hours.
