Customized Worm Gear Set Product Description
The application of worm gears(Customized Worm Gear Set), similar to a standard spur gear, and the worm, a cylindrical gear resembling a screw, allows for smaller gearboxes or planetary drives while retaining torque or power. It is common for worm gears to have reductions of 20:1 and even up to 300:1 or more significant.
Typically, standard manufactured worm gears include a unique capability that other gears do not have – the “worm” can effortlessly spin the worm gear, but the “gear” cannot maneuver and fully rotate the worm. What’s the reason behind this inability to turn the gear worm? The angle is not deep enough on the worm, so when the gear attempts to rotate the worm, high frictional pressure between the worm and gear components keeps the worm stuck in position.

Packaging & Shipping
All gears are packaged for safe shipping and convenient storage. Gears are carefully packaged using the most appropriate materials and method for the gear type.
We want to work with your forwarder to ship the products to you. If you don’t have any forwarder to do the shipping, please let us know the most convenient port for you, then we can arrange the shipment for you. We also work with experienced forwarders to ship the products to clients worldwide.

Q: Do you make customized products based on our design drawings?
A: Yes, we are a professional metal fabrication supplier with an experienced engineering team to make custom products according to clients’ drawings.
Q: Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
A: Yes, we won’t release your design to any third parties unless we have your permission. And we can sign the NDA before you send the drawing.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: We don’t set MOQ, but the price will be better for the larger quantity. Besides, we are happy to make prototypes or samples for clients to ensure quality.
Q: Whether some samples can be provided?
A: Yes, we just need some sample cost. We will return it when we proceed into mass production.
Q: How to deal with the parts received when they are found to be of poor quality?
A: Please rest assured that all our products are QC inspected and accepted with inspection report before delivery and generally there will no non-conformance: in case of non-conformance, please get in touch with us immediately, take some pictures, we will check on the problems and have them reworked or repaired at the first time, the resulting transportation costs will be our side.

A: it is usually 100 pieces, but a low quantity is acceptable under some special circumstances.

A: honestly, it depends on the number of orders. Normally, if you don't need the tools, deposit them after 30 days or so.
