ATA(DXG) series shaft mounted gearbox(speed reducer) with helical hardened gears has the characteristics of high carrying capacity, smooth transmission, lightweight, low energy consumption, and so on. The input shaft of the ATA(DXG) speed reducer is connected to the gear motor by a belt pulley, the hollow output shaft is linked with a key. It can be replaced by an electric drum as power for belt conveyors and lifting equipment. ATA(DXG) series shaft mounted gearbox could be attached with a back-stop to avoid the working machine back skating, and conveniently mounted by a tie rod.

Mechanical belt conveyors drive system is composed of ATA(DXG) shaft mounted speed reducer, torque arm, pulleys, and gear motors, whose power transmission from the gear motor to the gearbox through the pulley, and then the speed reducer passed to the drive pulley through the hollow output shaft and the gearbox is fixed by torque arm, the anti-slip device can be configured. The system is convenient to install, use and maintain.

Installation:
The following installation instructions must be followed.
1. Ensure that the gearbox is properly installed to prevent loosening. Install hydraulic couplings, torque limiters, etc., if necessary for use in situations of overload or vibration.
2. Before painting, there must be protective measures on the machining surface of parts and the outer surface of the oil seal to prevent the paint from drying on the rubber and damaging the sealing function.
3. Before the gearbox is used, it shall be ensured that the equipment connected with the gearbox shall comply with the relevant technical regulations.
4. Before starting the machine, ensure that the oil surface conforms to the assembly position specified by the gearbox, and the oil’s viscosity should be suitable for the gearbox.
5. For outdoor installation, Proper measures must be taken to protect the motor from rain or sun exposure.
6. Before assembly, each mounting surface must be cleaned and properly treated to prevent rust.
