Sprockets for Double Pitch Conveyor Chains

Many manufacturing companies have standard issues of sprockets for double pitch conveyor chain chains(Special Attachments Conveyor Chain). These sprockets have a higher number of teeth and a longer wear life than single pitch ones. Double pitch sprockets are available in single- or double-toothed designs. And Double pitch conveyor chains are wider in pitch and can be used for precise positioning.
Double pitch conveyor chain sprockets are made of flame-cut steel and precision machined. There are two types of them: the A Type and the B Type. The B Type is cheaper and has one hub, while the C Type uses two.
The Double pitch roller chains look similar to single pitch ones, but their link plates are larger than usual. This reduces chain weight, making it more suitable for power transmission applications. Transport rollers are also included in double pitch roller chains. These reduce friction and tensile force during transport.
