The modular and flexible design of the GFT series means that it can be supplied almost from stock with a short delivery time. In addition, it offers a wide range of nominal sizes and ratios, combined with simple and fast configurations. The product portfolio in the GFT series includes 12 nominal sizes for open-loop or closed-loop hydraulic circuits. Starting from the hydro track gft09t2, the rated output torque is 10000 nm, to the gft450t3 is 130000 nm. In each case, there are several different transmission ratios.
GFT series can choose to install a dynamic multi-disc brake. For example, combined with Power-trans’s high-level braking HLB, self-propelled equipment can meet the strict safety standards of driving speed up to 50 kph required by many regions (such as Germany (StVZO) or the United States (ASAE). According to their regulations, a series of manufacturing machines equipped with Power-trans transmission (including multi-disc brakes) have been approved in both countries. A unique function: the multi-disc brake is located inside the transmission to prevent dust and wet weather. This contributes to the compactness of the entire transmission while leading to low maintenance operations. In this way, the multi-disc brake in the hydro track GFT provides an advanced alternative to the conventional disc or drum brake and is also 75% lighter than these conventional reducers.
