Heat resistant conveyor belt
Characteristics
Adopting cotton canvas and polyester canvas as framework materials of the belt(Heat resistant conveyor belt) core and butadiene styrene rubber or butyl chloride rubber with excellent heat resistance as cover rubber or buffer rubber.
The product can be normally used at a temperature below 120℃, can convey materials which have a temperature below 120℃ and is widely applicable to such industries as cement, coking, metallurgy, iron and steel, etc.
Specification the same as common conveyor belt Heat-resistance conveyor belt can be classified into three models:
- Model I: Capable of resisting experimental temperature no more than 100 °C, in code of T1.
- Model II : Capable of resisting experimental temperature no more than 125 °C, in code of T2.
- Model III : Capable of resisting experimental temperature no more than 150 °C, in code of T3.
- Model IV : Capable of resisting experimental temperature no more than 175 °C, in code of T4.
The physical performance of cover rubber after heat resistant test comform to the specification in the table
