This product is produced by the vulcanization and the like to compound polyester canvas with high modulus, low shrinkage and extremely high breaking strength as the belt core, and ethylene propylene diene methylene rubber or butyl chloride rubber with excellent high-temperature resistance as the cover rubber with high-temperature resistance materials.
After special light finalized treatment, the belt core has high bonding strength, small elongation strain and excellent wear property under the normal use conditions at a temperature below 180°C. The conveyor belt can withstand a temperature as high as 250 °C in a shorter time, and is suitable for such industries as cement, coking, metallurgy, iron and steel, etc.
