Helical gears(Parallel Axis Helical Gears) are not exactly helical gears. Parallel axis helical gears are one type of helical gear. It should be said that helical gears are the meshing mode of two helical gears, distinguished by the different directions in which they transmit forces in space. Ordinary spur gears meshed simultaneously along the width of the teeth, which results in shock vibration noise and unstable transmission. Helical, helical gear transmission is better than straight teeth and can tighten the center distance for high-speed heavy loads. The helical gear reducer is a novel reduction transmission. - Good meshing performance: the meshing process between the teeth of helical cylindrical gears is excessive. The force on the teeth is gradually from small to large and then from large to small; helical gears are suitable for high speed and heavy loads.
- Large coincidence: The increase of the coincidence increases the bearing capacity of the gear. This extends the life of the gear.
