How to install Screw Jack?
Installing a screw jack involves a few key steps to ensure proper operation and safety. Here is a general guide on how to install a screw jack:
1.Determine the Placement: Identify the location where you want to install the screw jack. Consider factors such as load requirements, stability of the supporting structure, and accessibility for operation and maintenance.2.Prepare the Mounting Surface: Ensure that the mounting surface is sturdy and capable of supporting the load. If necessary, reinforce the surface or provide additional support, such as a mounting plate or bracket, to distribute the load evenly.
3.Position the Screw Jack: Place the screw jack in the desired position on the mounting surface. Align it properly according to the intended lifting direction.
4.Mark Mounting Holes: Use a pencil or marker to mark the positions of the mounting holes on the mounting surface. Make sure the marks are aligned with the holes in the screw jack’s base or mounting flange.
5.Drill Pilot Holes: Using an appropriate drill bit, drill pilot holes at the marked positions. The size of the pilot holes should match the diameter of the mounting screws or bolts.
6.Attach the Screw Jack: Align the mounting holes of the screw jack with the pilot holes in the mounting surface. Insert the appropriate screws or bolts through the holes and tighten them securely. Follow any specific instructions provided by the screw jack manufacturer regarding torque specifications or recommended fasteners.
7.Verify Stability: Once the screw jack is attached, ensure that it is stable and securely mounted. Check for any movement or play in the installation. If necessary, make adjustments or reinforce the mounting to achieve stability.

- Commissioning and acceptance: The equipment shall be commissioned and accepted by professional personnel to ensure that the equipment meets the design requirements and meets the safety and quality standards.
- Delivery and installation: packaging and logistics delivery shall be carried out for the accepted equipment, and installation and commissioning shall be carried out at the customer’s site to ensure the normal operation of the turbine screw lift.
