FAF Series Helical Gearbox with Flange Mounted Hollow Shaft Output
Our F series shaft mounted helical gearbox(Series FAF Helical Gear Reducers) has a wide range of transmission ratios. And it can reach a larger transmission ratio by combining with the R series helical gear reducer to meet the requirements of low-speed output and high torque. And F series helical gear reducer has various types of installation positions for options, including foot installation, flange installation, or shaft installation. Its output methods include solid shaft output, hollow shaft output, output with a large flange, output with a small flange, etc. So it is suitable for a multitude of applications. FAF series is one type of F series helical gear reducer with flange-mounted hollow shaft output.
Our housing of the F series helical gear reducer is made of high-strength cast iron, and the gears and gear shafts adopt the carburizing quenching fine grinding process, so the helical gear reducer has a large load capacity, high efficiency, and low noise. Under the conditions of correct model selection, normal use and maintenance, the main parts of the helical gear reducer (except the wearing parts, oil seal bearings, etc.) can have a long service life, generally over 20,000 hours.
