Choice of Lubricant
Before operating the worm gear speed reducer, add N220 ~ N320（Ambient temperature-30°℃~40°℃）, N320~N460（Ambient temperature 40°C~65C）lubrication oil up to the center line of the oil gauge. In the meanwhile, remove the small screw of the air vent. After having worked for 100 hours for the first time, you must clear the inside and change the lubrication oil in it, hre after once every 2500 hours.
How to Adjust the Axial Gap of the Worm Gearbox’s Accuracy is Too Large?
Worm gear reducer is one of the more commonly used reducers. Worm gear reducer has beautiful appearance, simple installation and large torque, which is loved by more and more customers. However, some customers have questions, is there any gap in the worm gear reducer? What is the accuracy of the worm gear reducer? Most of the reducers have some gaps, which can’t be completely absent, but some high-precision gaps can be negligent.
There are two ways to adjust the gap of the worm gear reducer. One is to adjust the gap of the guide column after screwing the worm gear reducer without installing the structure; the other is to install the upper structure after screwing the guide column into the worm gear reducer. Their gaps. Both installation methods are available, but practice has proved that the method of adjusting the gap after installing the structure has less error. Therefore, we prefer the latter installation method.
