YD series forging scraper chain
The forged scraper chain is a durable and versatile conveyor chain designed for demanding applications. It features link plates that are either integrated with scrapers or combined with dragging chain plates, all of which are forged for added strength. To enhance performance, the alloy steel pins undergo either integral heat treatment or high-frequency induction heating to boost surface hardness. Additionally, the alloy steel link plates are heat treated or surface carburized to improve wear resistance.
This chain is particularly suited for embedded scraper conveyors but is also extensively used in various industries, including grain processing, mining machinery, steelmaking, and power generation. Its robust construction ensures reliable operation and longevity in challenging environments.

Q: What is your minimum order size?
A: it is usually 100 pieces, but a low quantity is acceptable under some special circumstances.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we can provide samples free of charge, but we don't pay the freight.
Q: What is the lead time for mass production?
A: honestly, it depends on the number of orders. Normally, if you don't need the tools, deposit them after 30 days or so.
